Delivery: Mother's Day Brunch Delivered to the Door

Brunch and Mother’s Day are truly two peas in a pod. A tried and true crowd pleaser. While this year you may not be able to treat mom with a visit to their favourite brunch spot, everyone’s favourite go-to Mother’s Day activity can still go on. This year, some Toronto spots are offering a special Mother’s Day spread be delivered right to their door (yes, some most include mimosa kits…). ToFoodies has done the hard work for you and complied a list of the best offers around to help you celebrate MOM.

The Drake (hotel & commissary)

A favourite here at ToFoodies, The Drake is killing the game yet again with a full menu dedicated to Mother’s Day fare AND to streamline the day for you, they have also teamed up with Coriander Girl to supply you with some fresh florals. All the brunch staples are present: bagels + lox, chicken and waffles, scones, even a “bake at home” section with options like specialty Drake pancake mix and cookie dough. All meals are pre-cooked and include reheat instructions. As expected, they have a mimosa kit supplied with freshly squeezed OJ available. All they are asking is that you try to pre-order for pickup two days in advance as only a limited amount of meals will be made available via DoorDash & UberEats.

Good Fork

This Dundas West spot is back open and offering everything from a lox platter to a St - Germain Spritz Kit. The pre-planned meals are set to serve 4, but they also have loads of add-ons available like thick-cut bacon and chorizo sausage. They’ve also teamed up with Emily Rose Cafe, and are offering baked good specials. And although not a “kit”, they are offering a bottle of bubbles on the menu as well as bottles of hand-squeezed OJ or mango lemonade. The deadline to order from the Mother’s Day menu is May 7th @ 9PM for pickup or delivery on the Saturday or Sunday. While we certainly miss brunching here, these options feel like a close second!

Ufficio

Uffico - another favourite, there is a theme here - is offering a set menu for either 2 or 4 people on Sunday May 10th. Order either the brunch menu or the lunch menu. The brunch menu even includes a bottle of Prosecco and fresh OJ, and theres also a vegan lunch option. Ufficio’s entire wine list is being offered at 50% off as well, so definitely take a look at the list for some crazy deals. Delivery is only $10 but they’re also offering free curbside pickup if you live near the Dundas West storefront.

Planta

Got a vegan or plant based-loving mom with a sweet tooth? Or just a sweet tooth - because the food is fantastic regardless of the ingredients being vegan or not. Planta’s Mom Day spread is a dream filled with cinnamon buns and chocolate, and of course, a bottle of bubbles. Just like our friends over at The Drake, they’re also making the day easier for you and including a bouquet of flowers with the kit! A limited amount of packages are available for curbside pickup at the Yorkville location only.

Primrose Bagel

Nothing says “I love you, mom” quite like a COMPLETE bagel spread and bottle of freshly squeezed OJ. Primrose Bagel is offering everything you need from bagel assortments, jams and butters, cream cheeses (of course), to sweet finishes. Their set menu says ‘serves 2-6’ but they’re also offering a la carte options to add on if you want to feed more mouths, or just feed the same mouths even more… Get your order in by Wednesday May 6th @ 3PM.

Hailed Coffee

Another one for the sweet teeth and coffee lovers, Hailed Coffee has three special treats available for the weekend only, along with their awesome coffee products. A lemon tart, Cardamella x 3 Mother’s Day set, or grab the Hailed Mother’s Day gift box with an assortment of goodies. Orders need to be places before Thursday May 7th @ noon. Pick only at the Riverdale location on either the Saturday or Sunday from 9AM - 12PM.

Miku

For a different take on brunch fare, Miku has created a Mother’s Day menu exclusively available for May 9th and 10th that is sure to spoil you. They have a savoury tier and a dessert tier. The savoury tier includes Wagyu & Foie Gras Katsu Sando, Lobster Ravioli and Temari Sushi, while the dessert tier includes a version of their signature Green Tea Opera, Strawberry Cheesecake, Chocolate Cake and Yuzu Macaron. You can add on a special bottle of Miku-approved wine for only $25! The Mother’s Day menu items are only available for takeout of pickup from the Waterfront storefront.
