Recipe: Honey Roasted Brie

Honey Roasted Brie

For Valentine’s Day with your honey, and beyond.

Ingredients:

Brie (or a similar cheese), honey, olive oil, black pepper, rosemary, and blackberries for garnish

Method:

  • Score diamonds on your Brie by cutting lines one way 1/5 inch apart, then cut equal lines diagonally.

  • Drizzle brie with honey, then olive oil, stab with a few springs of rosemary and sprinkle with fresh cracked black pepper.

  • Bake at 375 for 20 minutes, and serve with croustinis and/or with a charcuterie spread

    This dish is super easy to scale up or down for Valentine’s Day, Palentine’s Day or Galentine’s Day - it all just depends on the size of the wheel of cheese that you buy! Watch the instructional video on @tofoodies.
