Who? The Chocolate Project

But seriously, who?

Sabrina Rinaldi, Chocolatier and Make Up & Hair Artist represented by P1 Management.

What?

A handmade, healthy dark chocolate company. The basis for their brand is “adding superfoods and nutritionally dense food into high quality dark chocolate (which itself is a major superfood).”

How did it all begin?

Sabrina Rinaldi knows what she wants. When I asked for her story, she said, “I started by creating these just for myself. I am a very healthy eater who likes to keep my carbs and sugar low, but I love a little something sweet after dinner. I was getting bored with my square of 85% dark chocolate, so I started mixing and creating my own chocolate with the healthy superfood items that I had in my kitchen. I would bring my chocolate creations to work to share on set, and everyone loved them and repeatedly told me to sell them. My husband is a graphic designer who said he would do packaging, and that we should try to get it out to the marketplace. So, that’s it. We decided to give it a try, and here we are two years later. I still hand-make each bar. We’ve had The Chocolate Project out in stores for 3-4 months and the response has been great!”
